TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Check-In & Check-Out PoliciesCheck-In:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Full payment for the stay is required at check-in. A refundable security deposit may be held for incidentals.

Check-Out:

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out requests are subject to approval and additional charges.

2. Payment & Deposit Policy

Payment Due at Check-In: Guests must pay the full amount of their stay upon check-in.

Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards and cash are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals. It will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damage or policy violations.

3. Guest Conduct & ResponsibilitiesNoise & Disturbance Policy

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels at a minimum.

Excessive noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.

Room Occupancy & Extra Guests

Each room has a maximum occupancy limit based on the room type.

Extra guests are not allowed without prior approval and an additional charge.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside rooms.

A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

No Illegal Activities

Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, weapons possession, prostitution, and human trafficking, are strictly prohibited.

Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund and law enforcement will be notified.

Damage & Property Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, or motel property.

The cost of damages will be charged to the credit card on file.

4. Housekeeping & Room Maintenance

Housekeeping service is available daily from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Guests must vacate the room during housekeeping services.

For stays longer than one week, management will inspect the room every three days.

Stained linens, missing items, or any damage will be charged to the guest.

5. Visitors & Unauthorized Persons

Visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only.

Overnight guests are strictly prohibited unless they are registered at the front desk and additional charges are paid.

Unauthorized individuals found in rooms may result in eviction without a refund.

6. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed at $20 per day, per pet fee, payable at check-in.

Limit of one (1) pet per room; size restrictions may apply.

Pets must be leashed in common areas and never left unattended in the room.

Guests must clean up after their pets; failure to do so will result in a $100 fine.

Any damage or excessive cleaning due to pets will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

7. Parking & Vehicle Policy

Parking is first-come, first-served.

The motel is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of property inside vehicles.

Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

8. Liability & Lost Items Policy

The motel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings inside the room, common areas, or parking lot.

Guests are advised to use provided in-room safes for valuables.

Lost items will be held for 7 days, after which they may be donated or disposed of.

9. Motel’s Right to Refuse Service

The motel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

Management may evict guests who violate motel policies without a refund.

10. Strict Refund & Cancellation PolicyGeneral Refund Rules

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a guest has checked in.

No refunds for early check-out. Guests checking out early will not receive a refund.

No refunds for evictions. Guests who are evicted due to policy violations are not entitled to a refund.
